Hi friends!

I hope you all have had a great start to your week so far! Yesterday, for me, as I alluded to on Snapchat, was very productive. I had a bit of a crazy afternoon getting some items tidied up before I leave, which was a little frustrating … but doesn’t that always happen before we leave on a big trip? You think you have everything taken care of, thought of, etc. and then a huge hiccup comes up and you’re like HOW DOES THIS EVEN HAPPEN, I’VE BEEN SO ORGANIZED & PREPARED. But, perspective is everything. I can’t let anyone or anything steal my joy over this exciting experience I get to embark on! Of course, in the midst of the stress, it’s easy to let it … but, today, I want to do a better job of just taking things one step at a time and just getting everything done that I need to do, no matter if it’s an inconvenience or not.

I wore this outfit over the weekend and y’all saw it on Snapchat. I thought I should share it on the blog because I had quite a few of you reach out asking me about the dress and the cardigan I was wearing. It’s all linked here, although, I am sorry if the cardigan is sold out in your size. It’s the softest cardigan, because it’s cashmere, but it’s a part of the #NSale so it’s definitely picked over. I snagged it for my trip to London. I’ll definitely have a solid piece of armor to those chilly nights there with this thing! I love it!

My blue dress was the PERFECT weekend throw on! I had a lot of errands to run on Saturday and, since it was really hot that day, this lightweight sleeveless option made them super easy to get through! [It runs true to size. I’m wearing an XXS, per their size recommendations] Right now, I wouldn’t normally wear the cardigan out and around but I incorporated it into this outfit specifically FOR YOU GUYS. 🙂 Many of you asked about the cardigan so I featured it here so you could see how it fit and where you can find it. If you are under 5’3, I would opt for petite sizing. They run true to size.

I have rounded up a couple other great weekend dresses options at different price points that I found online!

I hope y’all have an amazing day! Thank you so much for weighing in on the Ulta Video on Snapchat. I will announce the post y’all want to see the most later this afternoon 🙂

Thanks for stopping by! xo.

Totally hear you on the “I’m ready, everything is prepared…” And then the major snafu or hiccup happens. I was packed, all ready to go for a Wednesday flight to Europe and late Monday afternoon fall from a run resulted in a fracture of my foot in three spots. Going on the adventure wasn’t a thought that ever crossed my mind- but when the surgeon said, “surgery” I was determined to make it- wheelchair, whatever. That knee scooter was the wildest (literally) ride of 21 days of my life.
