Hi friends! Being that we just said goodbye to the weekend, I thought I’d share an easy weekend outfit with y’all to snag and wear this upcoming weekend. It’s starting to cool down here in London and I know it would make me want to head over to Home Goods or Hobby Lobby to grab some cute Fall decor and candles if I were home. I want to do that here but, because I’m only here for a short amount of time, I also kind of think it’d be a waste 🙁 If I do find a good Fall candle, though, I’m going to snatch it up so fast, ha! [They don’t have Bath & Body Works here! #shame] If you have ever lived in London, please help a girl out if you know where I can get some that are similar and festive!

I saw this top right after I got here to London. It took awhile for it to get here, have it photographed, etc. and I’m so thankful, after all of that, it’s still available for you guys! It’s loose and a great throw on for your Fall weekend errands! I’m wearing an XS. It runs true to size and is supposed to fit a little oversized! [Texas gals, I think it has your name on it. Just saying!] As I’ve said before, these jeans are one of my favorite pairs and they’re under $100! I had to get them tapered up a bit, but it was a small additional expense that I didn’t mind paying because the quality is really good. I just received my booties in the mail last week. I will be styling them in upcoming posts for you guys, don’t worry! I linked a few below for you, as well!

Did y’all have a good weekend? Mine was busy, but good. Ben & I shopped around central London for the afternoon on Saturday after enjoying brunch with Whitney in Fitzrovia. Saturday night, we watched the first Harry Potter movie because they think it’s crazy that I’ve never seen it before. I didn’t get through the whole thing, though. I was so tired from all of our walking, which is standard! We walk SO much here! Yesterday, Ben & I went over to a little city west of London called Richmond for brunch with his friends Cam & Lucy. I really enjoyed meeting them. Ben has always spoken so highly of them, and they really lived up to his kind words. Yesterday afternoon, I just enjoyed some alone time – which, if you know me, you know I need! It was so nice to just listen to music and have no agenda. I got back to some emails, listened to music, and just hung out on the couch with Fish. I don’t get a lot of downtime here, which is worrisome for me. I’ve told Ben I’m really not used to that and I need to do a better job of allotting for it. [He loves being go-go-go and always having plans, which I’ve heard from a lot of people is just ‘London life’.] I’ve just been saying YES to everything because I want to take advantage of being here but, at the same time, I need my recharge time so I need to slow down just a little bit. I have a hard time with balance, let me tell ya …

Thanks for stopping by today, y’all! I have so many fun projects & collaborations I’m working on and I can’t wait to share! Tomorrow, come back to find some of my favorite Fall outfits from year’s past and fresh, new links to recreate them! I’m also thinking about doing a Snapchat Q&A on Wednesday night! Go ahead and start leaving your questions in a comment below, or send them via email, Snapchat, Twitter, etc. Love you guys more than you know! xo.

That shade of burnt orange is one of my favorites! I bought a similar pair of booties because of you! I like the open part of the shoe, a nice twist to my standard booties 🙂

Sounds like you’re enjoying London and making the best of it. Like you, I need my alone/recharge time, it actually makes me appreciate the fun times even more! It’s a constant challenge of striking that fine balance!
