Hi friends! Hope you all enjoyed your weekend! Mine was pretty low key … enjoyed a couple of new restaurants, walked around a bit, went to church yesterday and planned out what the next week was going to look like. I cannot believe it’s my last full week here in London. I have so many feelings about the whole experience. It’s all a bit bittersweet. I’m excited to go home but so incredibly sad to leave. I haven’t completely broken down about it all yet, but I know it’s coming, ha! Last night, Whitney and I checked into the Rosewood London hotel for a mini staycation. We have been loving it so far! Can’t wait to share more …
London is one of the most festive cities during the Christmas season, even moreso than New York, so I absolutely love walking around taking it all in. If you head into Central London, you can take your pick really of the pretty streets to walk down with lights or fun window displays. It’s been super chilly here lately so I’ve been piling on more and more layers. One of my favorite layers this time of year is a Patagonia fleece pullover that I’ve had since I lived in Colorado a few years back. This year, they came out with a zip-up version, which I’ve been loving as well. What I love about this look is that it would work perfectly underneath a camel or gray coat. You could add a scarf, as well. Essentially, these items are good winter basics for you to build upon. Snag this gray and white stripe turtleneck now! It’s currently on sale! 🙂
