I asked y’all last week what you’d like to see in terms of content before the years end. I had quite a few of you mention that you’re really struggling with New Year’s Eve outfit inspiration, because the inspiration you’re finding is a little unrealistic. Today, I thought I’d share an outfit idea that is a little more practical. I know there are times when plans for New Year’s are a little more relaxed and laid back, so a sequin dress just doesn’t quite make sense. If that is you this year, I’d opt for something that is festive but a little more practical like a pair of faux leather pants or leggings, a fun pair of heels, and a comfortable sweater of your choice. I personally chose this turtleneck tunic, which I believe is almost sold out. Sorry! But there are lots of similar options here:
I’d say this is the one that is MOST like my sweater but you will not get it in time for NYE just because it ships from Asia.
I hope this helps you and I apologize I couldn’t have styled more looks to include in this post for you for more options, but time was of the essence this week! I love this outfit and this post. If I was doing a low key New Year’s Eve I would definitely wear something like this. But I’m actually heading to London tomorroe for New Year’s and can’t wait!
