Hey there, friends!
This is always a fun time of year when everything and everyone comes alive again and it’s always so fun to come together with your loved ones for a celebration, most especially weddings! The search for what to wear is always a bit daunting, so much so that I inevitably receive quite a few requests each season asking for help and I always do my best to honor those in some capacity. In 2016, I shared my Do’s and Don’t of Wedding Guest Attire. In the summer of 2017, I shared some wedding guest options under $150. In the Fall of 2017, I gave y’all some special occasion dresses. This year, since I’ve already received some requests, I thought I’d get some Spring wedding guest dress options out to you before the season hits.
To start, I thought it’d be helpful to divide the dress choices by the three likeliest wedding attire styles that are typically suggested to guests: CASUAL, COCKTAIL and FORMAL. I kept all recommendations under $100.
Nordstrom is always the first place I look when I’m shopping for a dress for a special occasion. In addition to wedding guest dress shopping, it’s a great place to look for an Easter dress. There’s certainly something for everyone and for every price point. All of these options are under $100 but there are a plethora of other gorgeous options even just a tiny bit over $100. Be sure to check out your options by using the amazing filter options that Nordstrom offers its shoppers on the left hand side of the screen when you select DRESSES from the WOMEN’S CLOTHING shopping section. Using these filters makes shopping so much quicker and helps put your blinders up to dresses that are outside of your budget range.
Don’t forget to add a cute clutch or statement jewelry item to top off your look! Nordstrom can help with that, too!

AND it isn’t one of those dresses that are so fancy you have to let them sit in the back of your closet all year and end up only wearing once. Love this post! I think wedding guest attire is one of the scarier parts of attending and hosting an event. I purchased my dress for my sister’s wedding from Nordstrom and I absolutely love it!
