Items That I Have & Love:
BLANKNYC Faux Fur Jacket
There are tons of similar teddy bear and faux fur brown jackets but none are as soft as this one. I tried out quite a few before Vermont and couldn’t fathom returning this one for that reason. I wore it quite a bit while I was on my trip there. This brand runs true to size and I highly recommend you take a look at their denim, as well. This pair of jeans and this pair of faux leather pants are two items that have been longtime favorites in my wardrobe from the brand.
What I love about it the most about the jacket is the color. It’s one that will go with so many different outfits so you will surely get a lot of use out of it. It runs true to size. However, please note that it doesn’t have a clasp to hold it closed at all.
Here are some of my favorites:
White + Warren Cashmere Scarf
This cashmere scarf is one of my travel holy grail items. It has kept me warm on some of the coldest overnight flights as well as coldest days in Germany, France and England. When I lived in London, I never left the house without my gray one during October, November and December. You will get so much use out of this scarf if you pick the right color. It is definitely an investment, though, and I realize that. However, I believe you should be making investments in your wardrobe when you can, most especially when it’s on sale so be sure to grab one of these if you live somewhere really cold and you know you’ll get a ton of use out of it! It comes in a ton of colors!

Free People Gossamer V-Neck Sweate
While not everyone is a fan of almost sheer sweaters, I personally loved this one by Free People last year. I purchased it in this cream color and wore it a few times as the Winter chill started to fade. I loved wearing my favorite bralette underneath, which is also available in the sale in a few colors! I think this is also one of those sweaters that’s perfect to wear around the house, next to the fire with a pair of cozy joggers, like this pair that I shared below in the try-on haul.
I just recently got the sweater in the rust color and share it styled below:
Free People Softly Structured Tunic Sweater
This slouchy tunic is one of my favorite purchases from the Fall season. It is the perfect turtleneck tunic to wear with leggings and a cozy wool coat. I shared on the blog a few weeks back how I would wear it and it is the perfect combo for neutral lovers! It is included in the Shopbop Sale, as well as the cute two-tone fiddler cap [although I know a lot of y’all hate those hats, ha!] and my go-to Karen Walker sunglasses.

Stuart Weitzman 5050 Over-the-Knee Boots
Okay, so this is a super old photo from an outfit post in 2015 but I also highly recommend the Stuart Weitzman 5050 over-the-knee boots. I’ve had mine since 2014, I believe, and they just hold up so well over time and you will have so many opportunities to wear them during this season, especially if you gravitate toward the color black a lot.
So, to give you a run down on them …
They’re super comfortable and run true to size but maybe go one half size up if you like to wear thick socks with your boots. I highly recommend these if you’re looking for a pair of boots that you’ll wear for years and years!
Karen Walker Sunglasses, Multiple Styles
If you go back as far as 2014, I can almost guarantee you will find outfit post after outfit post wearing Karen Walker sunglasses. They have been my go to for YEARS. They’re definitely pricey so, if either the Super Duper Sunglasses and the Number One Sunglasses that you see tons of bloggers wear, now is the time to buy them because they are included in this sale.
