Hi friends! I hope you’re all doing well amidst all that is going on. This was the first week of lockdown here in the UK. We are doing fine, honestly. It’s the least we can do is just make the most of this time together – as difficult as it can be sometimes to not be able to go anywhere. How are you feeling this week? Fitness has never been my favorite thing. I’ve always needed a buddy to motivate me and John Martin has kindly stepped into that role since I moved in. We run a few times a week together but I want to up my strength training game to protect my right knee (that I had surgery on in 2018).
