I’m still in shock that tomorrow is Thanksgiving. When picking out an outfit for this holiday gathering in particular, I usually aim for put-together and comfortable … because it usually ends with a food coma on the couch with football on the television. I think a pair of comfortable skinny jeans and a festive fair isle sweater is the best way to go. These J.Brand Skinny Stretch Jeans just came in the mail yesterday and I cannot wait to wear them tomorrow! They fit so good and are perfect for a day at home mingling with loved ones. I bought this sweater last weekend at J.Crew Factory (where they’re having 50% off everything right now!!!), and y’all … I’m so sorry, it’s already sold out online. The good thing is … there are so many other adorable sweaters that are similar out there right now. I linked a couple for you above in the outfit details, so be sure to check those out!
Two of my favorite things about this outfit are my Sole Society heels and my TYSA Designs red long sleeve shirt with thumb holes that I wore underneath my sweater. There’s just something about the color cognac that makes me swoon, so I was immediately drawn to these heels. Then, of course, I looked at the heel height and I was sold when I read “4 1/4′”! Perfect! I wore them for this photo shoot, so I will get back to you on how comfortable they are but, just judging by their color and quality … I highly recommend! My fitted red shirt from TYSA Designs is super comfortable and the perfect layer. I can’t stand when long-sleeve under shirts get bunched up underneath your sweater sleeves, so the thumb holes eliminate that issue completely! Plus, I think they’re adorable! TYSA Designs is a great company, based out of California, that carries pieces that can be worn up or down. I can’t wait to wear their stuff in the summer … they have some amazing dresses and rompers that are a Florida girl’s dream! For now, check out their cozy tops! I absolutely love mine!
