When it comes to maxi skirts, I must say … I am NOT a fan of the way most of them are made these days. I strongly despise the short lining underneath a sheer overlay that hits right below the ankle. EW. No. Both layers have to be long. They just have to. Or else it looks weird. I think this distaste spurs from the fact that I have chicken legs and I’d rather people not see them or attention not to be directed to them (it’s hard to miss the fact that half of the underlining of the skirt is missing!). I don’t know, but I have to give Chicwish a huge, huge! pat on the back for continuing to carry maxi skirts that are made correctly, like the one I’m wearing today and this one from a couple weeks ago. Now please, go buy some appropriate maxi skirts to wear and burn the other ones you have. (I mean this in the most loving way possible, I promise! ;))
