There’s something about wearing all black with a pop of red, especially this time of year. It’s very appropriate for the holidays. I like adding an unexpected twist with my faux leather pants, which are unexpectedly soft and easy on the wallet at only $98! [FIT: They run true to size] But, more than anything, I need to encourage you to RUN … not walk, never walk … to your local Nordstrom to snag the sunnies that I’m wearing. I’ve always had a thing for oversized sunglasses, and if you have a round or oval face, such as myself, these might work for you, as well. They’re super sleek and extremely well-made. And, of course, if they don’t your fancy, over time, you can always return them to Nordstrom with no hassle.

I hope y’all have had a great week! I’m excited to get a Christmas tree this weekend with my roommate before heading off to NYC on Sunday for a few days. If you have any suggestions about where to go and what to do in the city during the holidays, please let me know in a comment below! 🙂

Have a great weekend, y’all! Be sure to check back to the blog on Monday … it mayyyy look a little different 😉 {If all goes according to plan over the weekend hah! Fingers crossed!}
