Hey there! How was everyone’s weekend? Are you off work today? I know some people do, some people don’t … I had a really good weekend! I caught up with some girlfriends, cheered them on at their kickball game, and went and saw a couple of movies.

I am determined to see as many Oscar nominated movies as I can before Oscar night. I’ve always wanted to do that and always start too late, so THIS is the year! I want to see if it makes watching the Oscars more fun. I always like the red carpet part way more than the actual show 😉 So, I saw The Revenant and Joy this weekend. The Revenant was … anxiety-inducing … to be honest, ha. But, Leo was amazing in it and the cinematography was on point. Joy was okay. I didn’t love it. I really want to see Room and The Big Short. I think that’s on my list for this week. Stay tuned..

It’s been pretty chilly down here in Florida over the last week and, with the wind chill, it was in the mid-30’s this morning. This faux fur lined parka has been helping me stay super cozy. Y’all know I’m a huge fan of parka’s … Nothing’s changed. They’re definitely a wardrobe staple in my opinion. I almost didn’t bring this oversized sweater with me on my trip to London and Paris, and I cannot tell you how happy I am that I did! It was such a great warm layer to have! Plus, it’s a neutral cream color so you can style it in a lot of different ways!
