Hi there! Happy New Year’s Eve! I thought I’d end the year with an outfit that is quite possibly what I will be wearing tonight to ring in the New Year! I love this new gray sleeveless cardigan that I just got. I was a little hesitant to buy it at first because [1] it says it’s knit and I was looking for something a little more professional looking and [2] I didn’t know how much I was going to wear it. First of all, it is made of a knit material but it just doesn’t translate as such when you’re wearing it. It might just be my personal opinion but I think it looks really sleek! And, I’ve found that it’s actually super versatile. I’ve worn it a few times in the last week! You can either dress it up or down. I think this outfit could also work for a professional setting if you wore these heels instead and these pants, which are currently on sale! Also, I have this turtleneck in multiple colors because they always have the best options at J.Crew.

I just got back from my day at Disney World with a couple of my girlfriends who had today off of work. We had an absolute blast! We got there a little later in the day and got to see the fireworks and enjoy the shorter rides at night. We didn’t have fast passes so staying at the park later was a smart move on our part. Currently snuggled up with Fish, ready for some Zzzz’s!

I’m really looking forward to the year ahead! Tomorrow I’ll be sharing my 2017 resolutions with you all and wondered if y’all would be willing to take a small survey to help me gauge what your strongest and weakest interests are in terms of what you’d like to see from me. It will help me plan posts on the blog and Instagram more specifically suited for your needs. It may not be in tomorrow’s post but I will include it in one within the next week, I’d say.

Y’all have an AMAZING beginning of 2017! Don’t get so hung up on who isn’t with you and just enjoy where you are and who you’re with. I have a friend who seriously hated her NYE last year because of a bad breakup and this year she is with the love of her life skiing out West with plans to move to be with them later this year! You never know what can happen so keep that chin up and SMILE! It’s everyones best accessory! Have fun tonight, ladies! xo.
