FAVORITE SONG: I watched The BRIT Awards [which is their big music award show] last week and one of the big performances was by The Chainsmokers & Coldplay. They performed their new song “Something Just Like This” for the first time ever, before it hit the radio and I now cannot stop listening to it! It’s so fun. 

FAVORITE BEAUTY BUY: I was on the phone one night and decided to pop into my local Ulta before I went home to take care of the pups. I meandered around and through a few things into my shopping bag, almost blindly. The next day was when I really realized what I had purchased and one of the things was THIS lipgloss. Ever since I first put it on, I have worn it almost every single day! It’s such a pretty neutral color, perfect for Spring. It also makes your lips tingle and plump up a little. I highly recommend! You can see me wearing it really well in this Instagram post from last week!

FAVORITE SALE: The President’s Day sales that I saw were pretty impressive, but none can compare to the Shopbop Sale that just went live today! Brands like Wildfox, Mara Hoffman, L*Space, AG Jeans, Free People, Tory Burch and Jeffrey Campbell. See details on the sales below:

FAVORITE ITEMS INCLUDED IN SALE: This is a mix of things I personally own and have styled on instagram or on the blog, thought were super cute or that I put in my shopping cart! I just purchased this Mara Hoffman dress last week & actually get it in the mail today. I also really love this alice + olivia dress, and this one!

I also wore the blue bikini this past weekend on my birthday. I have it in pink, as well. The bottoms run small so go one size up. The top runs true to size!

FAVORITE FIND: I finally purchased these Chloe round frame sunglasses. I am not completely sure that they look good on me, haha … but I was perusing Forever21’s website and found an identical pair for $8! Not too shabby! You can see me wearing the sunglasses in this photo:

FAVORITE SWOON-WORTHY VIDEO: My heart melts when I hear the elderly talk about the love of their life or their love story. It makes me so happy and it was my favorite thing to talk to my elderly patients about when I was a nurse and was trying to determine their mental status & what their cognition is like. So, THIS video … made me shed a little tear. So sweet and heartwarming 🙂

FAVORITE INSTAGRAM POST: I honestly liked quite a few of my Instagram posts this month [don’t mean to toot my own horn or anything but … I always really love shopping for Spring!] but … I really liked this one, in particular. This top is included in the Shopbop sale! FAVORITE SURPRISE: Any big Love Actually fans, like me, out there? Great news! We are getting a little peek into what all the characters are doing now! More information here. It’ll air on Red Nose Day on NBC on May 24. It’ll air on British TV on March 24, so you may be able to stream it online before the US airing.

FAVORITE BLOG POST ON S&T: Instagram Round-Up’s are always a favorite of mine but my favorite post HAS to be the one where I introduced you to my new pup, Chips! He has been such a joy to have around. It’s been an adjustment for sure. Fish & I definitely had a routine down pat and figuring out how to manage two pups has been interesting, hah! Let’s just say … I’m not sure how much longer I’m going to be okay with living somewhere without a yard to just let them out into in the morning to do their business! But … it’s been fun to see Fish just come alive during the day when they play and romp around. I know he is super happy to have a friend around!
