AND IT’S LIVE!
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is now underway and, I must say, I’m extremely surprised! The best way, in my humble opinion, to shop this sale is online and, as a blogger, I got a sneak peek at the sale before it launched and was a little underwhelmed by the products. There were only a few products that got me excited to shop but … I was up bright and early this morning and as I was perusing everything, pulling favorites for this post, I was like throwing things in my cart left and right! So, clearly, there’s something special about the sale being live on the website or something because there are quite a few exciting items included this year!
I definitely didn’t find the Designer Items to be impressive but there are a lot of great beauty, home decor and basic clothing items to take advantage of! Here are a few of the favorites that caught my eye that I wanted you guys to know about!
Of course, I’ll be heading over to my local Nordstrom to try things on and give you guys my feedback! Justine, my assistant, and I are hoping to get that up for y’all by 1:00pm. I didn’t shop the sale early yesterday, like a lot of bloggers, and I think there will be a lot of try-on hauls and dressing room diaries on IG stories today, so mine might be up later than some or most (who knows!), BUT … if you enjoyed shopping the sale with me last year, I hope you’ll head over to my Instagram and tune in when mine goes up! I can’t wait to share more from the sale! I want to cover it well but I also don’t want to beat a dead horse so I’m going to incorporate some other affordable outfits next week, in addition to sale coverage! I feel like it gets to be TOO MUCH especially if you, like me, follow other bloggers on social media. Plus, everyone is essentially styling to the same things, ya know? BUT … for now … I’m going to share a lot because there really are a lot of really great items included this year! Here are the rest of my favorites:

JULY 14TH UPDATE: The pink top I wore on my way to Nordstrom yesterday is linked in the widget below in addition to my outfit in the hero photo of this post! Also, if you were trying to shop the sale yesterday and kept running into glitches … Nordstrom would like to apologize by giving you 10 points per dollar for rewards points instead of the normal 2 points per dollar! So … yeah. Let that sink in ….. Go back for the other pair of shoes or jeans you wanted!!! This is not a drill!!
My full outfit round-up and review of every item I purchased from the sale will be on my Nordstrom Anniversary Sale page on Wednesday. I’ve ordered quite a few things but nothing is getting to me until Monday due to some shipping delays! But … as long as it’s up by opening day, I think you’ll all be good. I really do believe that even the things that you are seeing sell out now will be restocked on the opening day. Not everything but MOST things 🙂 So, don’t fret if you haven’t be able to shop yet!
Excited for the sale this year! I’ve had those Stuart Weitzman boots on my list and would love to purchase, but for sizing, in your experience, I have 15 inch calves, will they stretch at all?

Hello, my question is in regards to the. Lamknyc denim in good vibes that you have. Currently out of stock at Nordstrom but I purchased on shopbop since I LOVE THEM on you. I’m 4’11” though so wanted your input on if you would just take them to get hemmed a bit. I still want to be able to cuff, just with las as fabric. Just wanted some stylish advice.
