Best of 2018: Top 10 Products You Loved

Hi friends!

One of my favorite posts, each year, is putting together a year-end wrap-up! It never ceases to blow my mind all of the things I cover on the blog. Week after week, it seems like I’m not getting it all done – and then I look back at the end and I’m like DANG, I did all that?!? So, maybe these posts are self-serving but I also think they’re fun for y’all, as well, because maybe you just started following me and want to be caught up or a little recap of what you missed around here!

So, I’m breaking this series into three posts and it will cover the most popular blog posts, top 10 most popular products and my favorite travel destinations I traveled to. Today, we’re starting with the 10 products I shared this year that y’all went absolutely mad over! Let’s get started!

J.Crew Cocoon Coat

This was not surprising to me in the slightest! This has been a favorite coat of mine for the last few years and I was so excited to see that there were so many opportunities for y’all to get it at a discounted price.

And, great news! It looks like a lot of holiday returns have been put back into inventory or they have received more stock because a lot of the most popular colors are back in a lot of sizes! Be sure to snag the one you wanted while you want!

SALE ALERT | It’s currently marked down by 25% with some colors available for an additional 25% off discount with code FLASH!

SIZING INFO | I personally go one size down from my normal in this coat but if you tend to wear really bulky sweaters, I’d stick to your normal size. Make sure you buy based on your height. If you’re 5’4 and under, order Petite. If you’re 5’10 and up, order a Tall size!

Here are the quick links to the coat for you!

BP. The Perfect Shirt

I loved this easy long-sleeve button-up shirt I got earlier this year. It was such a steal and you guys couldn’t have agreed more. This was the item that generated the most sales and the most clicks all year. I think it was $39 and came in a ton of colors and patterns. I love that y’all loved this garment as much as I did, too!

Vans Slip-On Sneakers

Vans makes those shoes that are so comfortable to throw on for a casual day out. I know they’ve been a staple here in my little beach town for years! I bought this beautiful light grey pair last year and y’all went crazy over them! They run true to size! I reviewed them in my Spring Shoe Review last year.

BP. Mock Neck Sweater

This was such a good basic sweater that was available early last year that I got quite a bit of use out of. You see it above from an Instagram photo that I shared as well as this look below that I featured in my Five Travel Shoe Recommendations For Spring. This was one of my most clicked on items and highest selling items this past year!

Marc Fisher Adalyn Wedge Sandal

These wedge sandals were so fun to style last Spring. So many of you loved how different they were compared to other wedge sandals that have been available in the past. I’m always just so surprised to see that slip-on sneakers and wedge sandals beat out booties in popularity considering how crazy we all are over the Fall season. But, looks like a lot of y’all were in need of some cute Spring shoes!

GIBSON x HI SUGARPLUM FLAMENCO RUFFLE DRESS

My friend, Cassie, worked with the clothing brand Gibson to launch an exclusive line over the Summer and I absolutely loved so many of the pieces, like this blue and white striped cotton dress with ruffle details on the shoulders. I wore it in Porto, Portugal in June and you guys went crazy over it! It really was the perfectly put-together dress for all of those special occasions or days spent outside with family or with friends at a cookout!

Nordstrom X Something Navy Crew Neck Sweater

This sweater, that was so long so you could wear it as a tunic with leggings if you wanted to, was my personal favorite purchase from last year. I technically bought it in December of 2017 but I wore it A BUNCH on my early January 2018 trip through Eastern and Central Europe. The photo on the right below was how I wore it one day in Budapest, proof that packing neutrals in the Winter is so important. You can mix and match everything!

Free People Color My World Jumpsuit

Omg, y’all! I wore this purple jumpsuit ONE morning when I walked to breakfast in Porto, Portugal and snapped this quickly en route because … how often does finding a purple building to compliment the jumpsuit you’re wearing happen? … and did NOT expect to get as big of a reaction as I did from y’all. It was available in three colors and y’all just died over it! It was the highest clicked on item in Quarter 2 [April, May and June].

Treasure & Bond Sanibel Platform Wedge

It shocked me a little bit how well these wedges went over with y’all especially because I don’t think I styled them that much. They were a late summer purchase before the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale but the couple times I did share them, y’all just ate them up, LOVED them! They’re still available so I’ll be sure to style them more this Spring for you guys so you have a little more inspiration for how to wear them!

And, that does it! The top ten products that y’all loved the most out of everything I shared this year. I love that some are still in stock and I can’t wait to see what y’all gravitate toward this year! Thank you always for your love and support! Y’all brighten my day and I’m so thankful that you trust me and my style recommendations! Hope your 2019 is off to a great start! xo.
