Hi ladies and happy Saturday! I hope everyone is having a great weekend so far. I’ve been looking forward to sharing this post with you girls for a bit and even decided to give you a little teaser last weekend over in the LIKEtoKNOW.it app. Quite a few of you had questions about the look I told you I was shooting for a campaign after seeing it on stories so I decided to share a few details a bit early. Plush Coats

I’ve been living in plush coats all season [pending we’re not in a lockdown and I can leave the house, hah!] so it’s not a surprise that was the first category of basics I went for when browsing the Forever21 site. They really are a staple for me now that I live somewhere that gets below 50 degrees!

I found some amazing options that I linked below but immediately added this plush faux fur coat to my cart. The olive green color is something I didn’t currently have in my closet but is also what I would still consider a neutral and will never go out of style. It’s also lined with a fantastic satin material so not only is it super soft on the outside but on the inside too! For fit, I would say order your normal size. It does have an oversized fit, so be aware of that, but I love that personally for the bump now and also to be able to layer sweaters underneath.

A few more plush coats that immediately caught my eye include this one, which is a puffer lined with shearling that is currently 50% off making it under $30, and this one, which is similar to the one I’m wearing but a shorter version. Comfy Loungewear

2020 has been the year of loungewear, but it’s also one of winter’s most basic wardrobe staples or most ‘basic’ basics. You can never go wrong with a great pair of drawstring joggers [especially when they’re under $25] and a cozy half-zip pullover to go with it. I feel like the half-zip is having a serious moment right now [anyone else feel like it’s the “it” pullover trend right now?] so you don’t want to miss this one at just $16.

Cozy Sweaters + Sweater Dresses

Last but certainly not least, we have cozy sweaters and sweater dresses. I feel like I’ve turned into the sweater and sweater dress girl this year since they’re so comfortable and easy to wear with the bump. Not mad about it if I’m honest! This turtleneck sweater dress I snagged from Forever21 is currently on sale for under $20 and comes in three colors! It’s so stunning and perfect for the holidays if you’re still looking for a Christmas Day outfit [order ASAP!].

For fit, personally, I wish I would have sized up one more for the bump, so if you’re a momma-to-be, take note, but if I didn’t have the bump I think my normal size would fit perfectly. I would also say it’s a bit more ivory than white, which is the color it’s listed as on the website – just something else to be aware of before ordering!
