Hi friends! I receive a countless number of emails throughout the week and when it comes to the emails that you all send me, many of them have to do with what to wear to a particular occasion or event. Unfortunately, I’m not able to provide personalized styling advice for each one [as I wish I could; interacting with y’all is my absolute favorite] but, for a formal event, possibly a formal wedding, I’d suggest this dress. It’s a beautiful light pink with rose gold embellishments. It has beautiful beaded detailing around the neck area and I love the cinch at the waist and billowy A-line shape of the skirt. I went with a more formal set of earrings than I normally wear and these pretty cute Modcloth has a wide variety of special occasion dresses to take a look at if you’re shopping for an upcoming event.

This dress is also a great investment because it’s a dress you could have in your closet to wear to special events and occasions over the course of the entire year. It’s really hard, in my opinion, to buy ONE dress that can be worn during ALL seasons but this one is certainly one of those rare gems.

SIZING >> I ordered a size 2 because it was the smallest size but normally wear a 00. I had to get it sized down, and I’d say it runs true to size!

My friend, Whitney, has been with me over the last couple of days here in London. She leaves me tomorrow and I’m really not quite ready to let her go off and explore the rest of Europe. I think she is going to come back in November and spend a little bit more time with me before we both head back to the States. I really, really want to stay a little longer, especially with the holidays coming! I want to see what a huge city looks like all lit up and ready for the holidays. Of course, I’ll be home for Christmas but it’s definitely something I’m considering. Lyndsey got here just about an hour ago. Most of y’all know she’s a good friend of mine from home, and the closest thing I have to a little sister. We always have so much fun together. She’ll be here for the week, and I’m so happy about it. Tonight we are going to a show … be sure to tune in to my Snapchat to see which one! We are SO excited and will likely be singing the soundtrack on the tube en route home tonight hah!
