Hi ladies!

Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I took a little digital detox [for the most part] and spent a good majority of the weekend aggressively purging items out of my closet for future Shop Alyson Haley listings or donations to a local women’s shelter. It always feels good to lighten things up around the house and in your closet, am I right? This hasn’t been inspired by Marie Kondo, by the way! Ha! I’ve heard she has gotten so many people motivated to purge and organize! I just know it is going to be such an endeavor to sort through all of my belongings when it comes time to move myself to London. No updates on that, by the way! I’ve had a lot of you ask. Y’all are so sweet to check in. I can’t wait for there to be more to share!

ANYWAY! Let’s talk Spring, shall we?

The majority of gals love are obsessed with Fall but, for me … it’s always been Spring! I love the flowers blooming, pastel colors, cool mornings and everything coming alive again after a dark winter. I also love the items we opt for during this season – lightweight dresses, denim skirts and cute sandals. Last year, I shared my favorite ten pairs of shorts for the Spring season and y’all .. LOVED it. It was one of the most popular posts of 2018. So, I thought I’d get a head start this year with my Spring denim recommendations!

Last year, I missed out on finding a great form flattering, high waisted white denim skirt. I was not going to let that happen twice so I went searching for one a few weeks ago and, luckily, found one without much difficulty!

I have styled it in today’s outfit for you for some inspiration and it will surely not be the last one you see of me wearing it! It will be incorporated in so many Spring and Summer outfits!
