Hi friends! Summer is always one of those seasons that, as a Floridian, is just tough to get through. The humidity is on another level and we don’t see signs of Fall until November. However, for the rest of the country, we’re rounding that corner of the year where Summer will be turning to Fall very soon and everyone will start questioning their outfits, ha! The transitional period is always a bit tricky to dress for so I thought, throughout the next month or so, I’d share a few looks that have pieces that can be worked into one or both seasons seamlessly. Today, I’m partnering with Walmart to show you a fun date night look you can achieve without breaking the bank!

In the summer, I live for lightweight dresses and Walmart has so many cute options! I recently picked up this great basic gray dress with pockets, which I know will work well in the Fall season, and this loose-fitting maxi dress that I thought might work well for my upcoming trip to Italy. However, it was this mustard colored maxi dress with beautiful ruffle detailing at the bottom that gave me all the heart eyes! It was only $26 and it is absolutely stunning. I love that it has adjustable straps. It’s soft and lightweight, will be easy to style for both the Summer and Fall seasons.

To create a fun, transitional look for the upcoming Fall season, I thought I’d throw a black moto jacket over this dress. I absolutely love them together! It pairs so well. I ordered this new one on Walmart’s website. It looks so similar to mine and is so cute for the price. I tried it for myself and sadly, the smallest size was a little big on me so size down and you’ll be set! It’s under $40!

You can wear it alone with a pair of flat or heeled sandals, depending on the look you’re going for! I wasn’t in need of a new pair of beige sandals but I did see that Walmart has a couple of styles that are similar to mine. I personally thought these were darling with the bow detail, but I’d also recommend these! Both of these styles are under $30! I love how perfectly this beige cross body pulled this entire look together! It fits a lot as it has two separate compartments and is only $6! I always love finding items you can style with lots of outfits without spending too much.

Walmart is a retailer I can always trust to provide a wide variety of everyday styles that easily help me achieve the look I’m going for no matter what time of year it is!
