What to Wear to a Pumpkin Patch This Weekend

Hi, friends! Now that it seems to be feeling like Fall in most places, what better way than to celebrate with a little stop at the pumpkin patch? It has easily become a favorite seasonal tradition and I always love seeing my friends and family posting their yearly pumpkin patch photos! If you haven’t made your annual trip yet, I thought I’d share a little outfit inspiration using some looks I’ve shared over the years! I’m actually going next weekend but in case y’all are going sooner, I wanted to get this post up.

I’ve taken the liberty to recreate them with shoppable links underneath so you can achieve the same or similar look. I also included a few options at the end that are at great price points so there should be lots of options for all.

Outfit Ideas Styled Over The Years

This classic look is for my ladies who live where the temps have dropped a bit! The city coat is a super similar style — and 50% off right now. It also comes in 6 colors! I paired it with a striped long-sleeve tee and a puffer vest to keep me warm!

You can never go wrong with an over-sized knit and over the knee boots [another good option are these]! It is such an effortless look that will not only be comfortable for walking around, keep you warm but is a 10/10 in my opinion!

Color-block sweaters are one of my favorites this time of year! I think because of all the warm fall colors together, at least in this colorway. I just think they make a relaxed outfit look adorable and perfect for a day out this time of year! The one I am wearing above is still available in all sizes and is under $50!

My time with Victoria in Stowe, Vermont during the height of the Fall foliage is to date one of my favorite trips ever! I am so glad I got to check that off my bucket list before moving to London! An oversized turtleneck sweater is a great option for layering if you decide to go later in the evening. Pair it with skinny denim and over the knee boots and you will not only be warm but look cute for photos 🙂

I don’t always go for purple but when I do it is in the Fall season. It is such a beautiful color against the orange and yellow hues. I found one similar to the one I am wearing above. It comes in 4 different color options and is under $70! Also, this tunic is still available in a few other colors, including some great neutral ones.

This one is for my girls in the South or places that it just isn’t that cold quite yet! No one wants to sweat at the pumpkin patch so pairing a plaid cape with a light weight short or long sleeve tee should keep you cool while also still giving pops of Fall in there.

Another lightweight option here. This jacket is so cute and the color is perfect for Fall. t doesn’t break the bank either priced at $40! Pair with a cozy fringe scarf [love this one, too] and you are ready for warmer temps during the day and cooler temps at night.

I mentioned this jacket in the Shopbop sale post as it is currently part of their Fall Event and under $100. It gives any outfit an elevated look. You could be wearing a t-shirt and you put it on with a scarf and you have a whole new look!

I told you I love color-block sweaters in the Fall … ha! I can’t find one similar to this for the life of me but I did find a more muted color option that you could wear straight into the wintery months for Christmas and New Year’s! And it gets bonus points because it is cashmere.

I found a few options that are similar to my Free People sweater above. They will go great with black denim and some cute brown booties. Throw on a fedora and you are ready for the pumpkin patch!

More Options To Choose From For The Pumpkin Patch

That is it for me, loves! I hope this post was helpful and that you all enjoy the crisp in the air, time with the people you love and of course, all things pumpkin!! xo.
