Hi friends! Now that the podcast is fully out into the world, I feel like I have the spaciousness to start putting effort back into my first love, the blog! I’m so excited to start by sharing some of the Summer finds I currently have on my radar. Admittedly, my Summer wardrobe is set. I really don’t need anything but I can never help looking – and justifying a new purchase or two, ha! Dresses and linen shorts are my absolute weakness. What about you? Okay, let’s jump in to what has caught my eye!

Summer Jewelry
Wearing jewelry in the summer adds a shimmer to any outfit you’re wearing, thanks to that glistening sun beating down all day. My pearl jewelry is needing a refresh & I love these.
These pearl huggie earrings are too cute to pass up. The pearl and huggie can be separated so you have two different earring looks. Pair it with this pearl friendship bracelet and you’ve got the perfect match! It’s adjustable and has a toggle you can engrave, which I always think is such a lovely personal touch.
This pearl necklace is the icing on the cake. It has an adjustable chain for the perfect layering options.
Summer Fashion
If you’ve got a brunch or baby shower to attend this summer, this powder blue baroque dress is perfect. I love the lace detailing at the neckline.
Speaking of brunch, this mini dress would be a wonderful option as well. I’m always drawn to bright blues in the summer! The bow detail is to-die-for. You have to take some photos by the water in this one.
This cuffed romper [also HERE] is the cutest option for any get together with your friends. Zimmerman’s Halliday collection is just perfection! I’m also loving it for any outdoor event.
If you’re looking for a dress for an upcoming summer concert or anniversary date night, I definitely recommend this poplin dress. It’s so versatile with the perfect sweetheart dress and A-line skirt. I can imagine paring it with some cowboy boots or pearl necklace and cute flats.
For after date night, this embroidered night gown has to be the next thing you slip into. The details and buttons on the back are so well-done and pretty. It’s the perfect thing to fall asleep in. I’m also not quite convinced this dress is just for sleeping. It’s too cute and can easily, in my opinion, be worn out for a nice walk on the beach or to dinner one night.
If you’re looking for a non-dress look, these linen-blend shorts are it. They’d be perfect for an afternoon of errands or a morning at your local farmers market.
While denim shorts may be what most people are shopping for right now, I am just staying true to myself here in sharing these cropped jeans. I feel like I am outgrowing all of my jeans at the moment so I just have my eye more closely on new jeans as I tend to grab those most days. So, with this one, take it or leave it 🙂 They could be nice on those cooler, breezier nights out as a solid base to any outfit.
Summer Extras
These heeled sandals are so cute, they can definitely match any outfit. Pair them with this straw hat with pearl detail for the cutest summer look. I went to order the hat for our trip to Spain later this week but, sadly, it wasn’t going to arrive in time so, I need one of you to snag it so I can live vicariously through you!
In my day to day style, I feel like I’m always grabbing baseball hats. I’ve had my eye on the Favorite Daughter ones for ages. Have you seen them? They’re so cute, especially with Father’s Day coming up! What dad doesn’t realize that you are the gift? Grab it and wear it to his Father’s Day lunch celebration!
Speaking of gifts, I have wanting a straightener for awhile now and I recently say Dyson came out with a new one that has no hot plates, which is wild to me! It’s basically a hair dryer and a straightener in one and, as a lover of efficiency, that has certainly caught my attention! Have any of you tried it?
