I’m so excited to share this outfit with y’all! It was my favorite one that I wore last weekend at the rewardStyle conference. It’s a conference that is pretty much ‘represent yourself in a way that truly reflects your personal style’ so, in that sense, it’s whatever you say goes when it comes to what to wear. For example, the first day, I wore white skinny jeans and this bright, colorful paisley printed tank top with ruffle trim and the heels you see in this post. The second day, however, I wore this. That flexibility, for me, and probably everyone else that attends, is pretty freeing but I know that’s not that case for everyone that attends a work conference.

When attending a conference, I’d say assume that the dress code is a little more formal than the rewardStyle conference where business to business casual is the most appropriate attire. Here are some great options for you to consider if you have one coming up:
