Chic Winter Cape Under $100

Hey there, lovelies! Did you have a good week?

When I have to get dressed for an event or a nice dinner this time of year, I immediately feel defeated. All I want is to dress in layers upon layers that will keep me warm but, there actually is a great option that I sometimes forget about … a poncho or cape! Today, I’m excited to share this really chic knit turtleneck cape that I snagged from Chicwish. It just gives you a more polished, put together look outside of a normal sweater. I think it’s best to wear something underneath it to add some extra warmth to the outfit. Since this one is a neutral beige, you really can’t go wrong in terms of what you chose to go underneath. Here, I’ve chosen a two-tone beige stripe turtleneck top and a pink beanie. You could also pair it with a black turtleneck and black jeans and booties. There really are so many options!

It’s been so nice to recharge and relax since I’ve been back and I’m excited to get started on “New Year” type content next week! Being that I took some time to travel at the end of 2017 and beginning of 2018, I’m a little delayed in sharing my New Years’ goals / resolutions and reflections on the last year and what I hope for this year. I also always choose a word each year that acts as a guide. In 2016, ‘nurture’ was my word. Last year, my word was ‘adventure’. This year, I’ve chosen another word and am excited to share it with you all soon.

Chicwish has a lot of their sweaters on sale right now! Check out some of my favorites here:

What kind of content are y’all wanting to see more of from me this year? Weigh in today in the comments or on any of my Instagram photos! I’d love to hear your feedback!

Hope you all have a great weekend! Thanks for stopping by! xo.
