Hey there! Happy Monday!

How was your weekend? I spent the weekend catching up with friends, finishing up unpacking from Connecticut & Boston, organizing my bathroom [finally], doing laundry and getting ready to pack for my two week trip abroad. I’ve had a lot of fun shopping for this trip. I’ve been gravitating towards some pieces that I don’t normally gravitate toward and I’m hoping that it all looks as good on me as it does on the models in the product photos, hah! I just feel like I always wear the same old thing … distressed denim [skinny jeans or boyfriend jeans] with a sweater or cardigan, etc. I’m looking to try some new things! Hope I can inspire you to do the same through my Parisian style 😉 I leave on Wednesday afternoon so, thankfully, I have a couple of more days to prepare. My assistant, Justine, is off this week on a family vacation to Ireland. It’s been so fun seeing her be the one to travel. She does so much for me and definitely deserves this time away!

A lot of the items in today’s post are pretty affordable – never mind the price of the boots and the handbag.

This striped turtleneck is only $60! It fits really well, in my opinion. It’s very flattering and the material is a great in between thickness. It’s really warm and a great outfit base, as you can see in this outfit. Instead of a cardigan, you can also layer a vest over it.

My gray cardigan is $69.99 and is such an ideal oversized, but not too oversized, fit. It is a little pricier than most people want to pay for a cardigan but it is made of mohair so, while it’s not cashmere or wool, it is still really, really warm! I highly recommend this cardigan if you’ve potentially seen this one but didn’t want to pay that high Free People price. This one is a good alternative. However, if you’re trying to find a good cardigan that’s under $50 … I’d go with THIS one. I wore it last week in Connecticut and love it!

My high-waisted black skinny jeans are THE. PERFECT. FIT jeans. I’m obsessed with them. I’ll definitely be bringing them abroad with me, although I will say … they’re not the WARMEST jeans I own. I do think they’re a pretty solid pair of jeans to have that are under $70.

My over-the-knee boots are by Stuart Weitzman so, although they’re really pricey, they’re really good quality. I did find two really similar pairs for under $200. Check them out HERE [the most similar pair of the two] and HERE. Also … I know this isn’t much but … my pair is currently 5% off.

I hope you have a good start to your week! I’m hoping to share a packing guide for Paris later this week as well as a post FINALLY sharing some London recommendations. I’ll be starting with London restaurants so, stay tuned for that and I’ll also be sharing some snaps of the outfits I wore during my trip to New England so y’all can easily shop in one place. 🙂

Have a great day, lovelies! xo.
