I think the reason why I am promoting this crazy obsession I have
is because I despise carrying a purse on my arm in the summertime.
The temperatures are too hot,
and my energy level goes down as the humidity goes up here in Florida,
so the absolute last thing that I need
is to feel like my arms are getting a work out
while I’m just trying to enjoy myself and socialize comfortably.
And, really … in all seriousness …
(and in my experience)
in the summertime,
you just never know when & where
a spontaneous dance party could take place.
And, when that happens,
I want to let loose, have fun,
and not worry about where I had to put my purse down
because its was weighing down one side of my body,
and thus, prohibiting my stellar dance moves.
So, I gravitate towards easy …
take as little with you as you can
throw it in something that can just hang on you
or won’t be too annoying to carry,
and just go!
And, thankfully, I’ve found that going with easy …
can be fun!
